The Assembly Policy Reference Committee formulates policy guidance on strengthening the fellowship of WCC member churches, relationships with churches and partners not presently members, the coherence of the one ecumenical movement, and eventual changes to the WCC's constitution and rules. Today, it reports on its work on these matters, and on a document entitled "Called to be the One Church".
